"Enrique did an exceptional job with supporting me and my family in selling my mother's property during a time that was one of the most difficult times of my life. I lost my mother, then my step-father two weeks later. Enrique was patient, helpful, responsive, respectful and went above and beyond to help us. I will not forget it. "Enrique was professional and has great insight of today’s market. Enrique was able to create a game plan for submitting offers that gave us the best chance at acceptance from this sellers market. Our offer was accepted after only our second home bid which is unheard of in this sellers market. During the process Enrique answered all questions and pro actively shared possible obstacles that could and did arise on our road towards escrow closing.
